With over two decades of home-building experience, Scope Construction brings clarity to every step of the building process — through clear communication, honest timelines, and no surprises.
Founded by Sean Love in 2024, Scope Construction is built on a passion for building. Growing up in a family of homebuilders in Calgary, Sean fell in love with Vancouver Island during his time at Shawnigan Lake School. He started his carpentry apprenticeship in 2001, and is red seal carpenter with over 20 years of experience in concrete formwork, framing, and fine finishing.
